Ruby Pena While employed fulltime as a web developer, I received Web Design Certification from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in 2002 and an Associates Degree in Web Development from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2006. An enthusiastic user of the Adobe CS3 Master Suite, I also conduct usability analysis with the help of Google Analytics, HBX Web Analytics, surveys, and focus groups. With an eye for detail and a calm analytical nature, I interact well with team members, keeping the focus on a common project goal.

I am an enthusiastic user of Adobe products including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and ColdFusion. With a clear knowledge of design and usability principles, a strong desire to exceed client expectations, and the help of Adobe's Creative Suite of products; I produce high-quality websites and graphical marketing pieces within an efficient workflow. Stong analytical skills enable me to manage various email marketing campaigns from design concept through implementation. Landing page and link tracking information is gathered, analyzed and compiled into reports which can be used to drive additional marketing decisions. My management skills, calm personality, and attention to detail also allow me to successfully interact with a team of developers, designers, and clients focused on a common goal.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two dogs. I also enjoy managing the South Central PA Adobe User Group and exploring new technologies such as Spry, AJAX, AIR, Flex, and Mobile Device Central.
